A Bell Flor flower subscription is the easiest way to ensure that your space always has fresh, beautiful flowers to light up the room. With just a few simple clicks you can be set up to receive and endless supply of the freshest flowers, delivered to your door on a schedule that fits your needs. We handcraft each of our arrangements daily to ensure each arrangment is as fresh as possible when you receive it. All of our subscriptions come "Designer's Choice", meaning we choose the colors, species, and vase for your arrangment. The vases with our subscriptions are considered loaners, but are available for purchase if you absolutely love one. Read more about our vase exchange below!

Subscription Vase Exchange

Including loaner vases in our subscription allows us to offer unique designs and seasonal pairings without requiring you to purchase your own vase. This is a complimentary service included in your subscription at no additional charge, as long as vase is returned when your next arrangment is delivered. Our vases are available for purchase if you fall in love with one.

FAQ

Q: How frequently are flowers delivered?

A: We currently offer three frequencies for delivery on our flower subscriptions. Monthly, Bi-Weekly, and Weekly.

Q: When will I get my delivery?

A: Your delivery date will be set in accordance with your frequency selection. You will be able to pause or skip a delivery, or change the recipient of your subscription via our customer portal, however we do not allow you to change the delivery date

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We are currently delivery within San Antonio and a few surrounding areas. There should be an interactive delivery check banner that will let you know if we deliver to your area. If you do not see the banner, click here to launch it.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?

A: Yes! Our subscriptions make great gifts. Please ensure that the recipients name, address, and contact phone number were included in your order summary.

Q: What happens to the vases?

A: In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we will reuse our vases. With each subscription delivery, we ask that you return the previous delivery’s vase. Simply place it on your doorstep and we will replace it with a fresh arrangement. Any vase not returned at the time of each delivery will incur an additional fee. See a vase that you want to keep?

Q: Is there a minimum commitment for my subscription?

A: Depending on your subscription frequency, there is a minimum period before you can cancel your floral subscription. For monthly and bi-weekly subscriptions, you may cancel after two months. For weekly subscriptions you may cancel after one month.

Q: How do I choose a color palette for my subscription?

A: At this time we do not offer customization on our subscriptions. All subscriptions are "Designer's Choice", but rest assured you will have a stunning arrangement every time. We guarantee it.
